Pharrell is gifting kids with some fresh new supplies for their journey back to school.

In partnership with Yoobi, the "Happy" singer launchedYoobi x i am OTHER, an exclusive collection that features over 50 unique items with designs that were crafted by actual kids. And with every dollar spent towards the collection, there will be a product of equal value given to the Kids In Need Foundation.

"The #yoobixiamother collection, presented by @pharrell was created to inspire kids and give them the confidence to celebrate their uniqueness... While also giving back!" read a caption from an Instagram post from Yoobi.

To launch the initiative, Pharrell headed to Los Angeles Unified School District and the Boys & Girls Club to celebrate. At the event, Pharrell kicked knowledge to the youngins while donning a shirt inspired by A Tribe Called Quest's debut album, People's Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm.

In a photo from the event shared on i am OTHER's Instagram page, the project was explained as one "inspired by the limitless creativity and imagination of kids." In another photo with the kids holding up stars, the caption read "Don't wait for the stars to align. Create your own constellation." Inspiring indeed.
