UPDATE 1/24/2018: There's an update to this story!

A popular New Hartford restaurant appears to be closed for good.

Pho Ever Noodles, located at the corner of Commercial Drive and Seneca Turnpike in New Hartford, is closed. Signs in the window indicate that the property was seized by the New York State Department of Taxation.

The notice states the warrant was issued against Saigon House, DBA Pho Ever Noodles.

According to the NYS Department of State website, there are in excess of $45,000 in tax liens against the business. (Those reflect filings and/or payments prior to January 8, 2018.)

As of Tuesday afternoon, January 23, there appeared to be no activity within the restaurant and the interior was dark. Pho Ever Noodles served Vietnamese Cuisine, and had been open for a few years in the current location.

Neither their Facebook page nor their web page currently carry any announcement about the closure of the business.
