Police Say Sno Cone Joe Has Been Arrested For Stalking Mr. Ding-A-Ling [VIDEO]

Is Sno picnic on the streets of nearby Gloversville New York. That is if you're an ice cream truck driver. Police say that Mr. Ding-A-Ling had sold ice cream on the neighborhood streets for about a week and suddenly Sno Cone Joe told him it was his turf.  Apparently Sno Cone Joe then threatened Mr. Ding-A-Ling by following his trucks around to lure customers away.  Both Sno Cone Joe and his girlfriend have been arrested for stalking and harassment.

"Free ice cream!" they would yell to any parent or child sauntering toward the Mr. Ding-A-Ling truck, police said. You would think Joshua Malatino (aka Sno Cone Joe) would have learned his lesson about bullying after scaring away another competitor last summer only to receive warnings. This time around, Mr. Ding-A-Ling wouldn't back down. Police say Malatino and Scott tailed the trucks and shouted at customers on April 16, 19 and 28, and now they could face jail time.
