Power Outages Cause School Delays Today

Power outages are causing delays this morning.  New Hartford Schools are on a one-hour delay.  New York Mills Schools are on a one-hour delay.

We are receiving reports of scattered outages throughout Oneida County.  Power crews are working to restore power to affected areas.  South Utica, New York Mills, Washington Mills, and New Hartford are all experiencing outages.
