Reasons On How Thin People Stay Thin
Some people are just naturally thin, doesn’t that drive you crazy? Some people can eat what ever they want while others (like yours truly) have to work really hard to get thin and keep the weight off.

Here are some reasons from RealSimple.com on how thin people stay thin:
-They eat bulky foods. Foods like fruits, veggies, whole grains and clear soups are low in calories. And they have lots of fiber, which fills you up.
-They don’t skip breakfast. People who skip breakfast usually end up eating more calories throughout the day.
-They watch portion sizes. They eat mostly fruits, veggies and lean protein. They do things like eat single-serve frozen meals, use smaller plates and eat five small meals a day instead of three larger meals.
-They don’t sit still. They stand, walk, stretch and fidget throughout the day. According to one study, obese people sit more than two hours longer every day than thin people.
