Red-Green Flashing Traffic Light and Court and Whitesboro Streets in Utica [VIDEO]

Take a look at this malfunctioning stop light at Court and Whitesboro Streets near Old Main in Utica.

Traffic coming west on Court Street saw the red and green lights flashing at the same time, while westbound Whitesboro Street saw a flashing red-yellow light.

Let's hope everyone treats this as an all-way stop because this sure is confusing when you come upon it - although not quite as confusing as the green-on-top upside down stoplight on Tipperary Hill in Syracuse.
