Riggies, Greens and Rock at The Stanley

There are 2 big local events coming up at The Stanley this weekend - Riggies, Greens and Rock on Sunday, January 15. And "The Secret Life of Pets" movie screening on Monday, January 16.

First, the food. It's this Sunday from noon to 3. There's a pretty impressive list of restaurants that will be there - Ambassador Restaurant, Ancora!, Aqua Vino, Old School, Pizza Boys, Roccos Pizzaria, Rosso Verde, Tiny's Grill, Danieles at Valley View, Bella Regina and more. See who has the best Riggies and Greens.

Second, the music. A great collection of local acoustic acts will be serving up the tunes.

Third, the cause. It's a fundraising event for The Stanley Theatre. We want to keep this place around for a long time. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door on Sunday.

Monday - what are you planning with the kids for their day off school? Take them to The Stanley for a movie! Kids 16 and under are free, and it's just $5 for adults. "The Secret Life of Pets" will be shown on the Stanley's big screen at 1pm on January 16, 2017.
