Sampling Rio Grande Tex-Mex in Washington Mills [VIDEO]

In this episode of Grub on the Go, Eric Meier brings lunch from Rio Grande Tex Mex Grill in Washington Mills into the office to sample.

The entrée today is shredded chicken enchiladas. The plate is served with 3 rolled corn tortillas, rice and beans. As always with Rio Grande, chips and salsa come on the side. We tried the roasted tomatillo variety.
