A flood warning has been issued for the West Canada Creek at Hinckley through Wednesday, July 3, 2013.

A flood warning is still in effect for the Chenango River at Norwich in Central Chenango County until at least 10:00am on Wednesday, July 3, 2013. Flooding is already occurring in some areas.

The National Weather Service is reminding residents that most flooding deaths occur in cars.  Please do not risk driving through water, even if it appears shallow.
