A new Vietnamese restaurant has opened in New Hartford.

Located in the plaza on Seneca Turnpike in New Hartford that also includes Subway and Roly Poly, Saigon House Pho Ever Noodles is located in the store front of a former consignment shop.

Pho is a Vietnamese rice noodle that is generally made into a soup.

Saigon House is the second Vietnamese restaurant in the Utica area after the longstanding Pho Mekong House of Noodles on John Street near the Oneida County Courthouse. Briefly another Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Shizzle, existed on Oriskany Boulevard in Yorkville.
