A new study has shown that 75% of American kids consume caffeine on a daily basis. Mostly these drinks are sodas, but how much soda are they drinking a day?

Parents of children between the ages of 8 and 12 were asked how much soda they consumed daily and the results were out of the 200 kids, the majority of them drank the equivalent of 3 cans of soda per day, while kids as young as 5 years old, drank the equivalent of one can a day.

Caffeine consumption has led to many sleeping problems in children, which resulted in poor attendance and performance in school.
