Shania Is Engaged
December 21, 2010 9:28 AM Shania Twain will be walking down the aisle again! The superstar is engaged to Frederic Thiebaud. The two began dating shortly after Shania’s split from her husband and producer Mutt Lange, in 2008. And get this, Frederic is the ex-husband of Shania’s former best friend, Marie-Anne Thiebaud, whose affair with Mutt was the reason for their divorce. Ewwww.
Shania and Frederic have actually been engaged for a few months, a source told People.com. He popped the question with a three-carat solitaire diamond ring. No wedding date has yet been announced.
Perhaps Frederic will appear on Shania’s upcoming reality TV show, called Why Not? The show will debut in January on Oprah Winfrey’s new OWN network.
Shania also plans to release her memoir sometime this spring.
