Should CPS Investigate Will and Jada Pinkett Smith Over The Willow Photo? [VIDEO]

Did you catch the recent Nancy Grace show where she was discussing the Will Smith Jada Pinkett Smith investigation? Child Protective Services are allegedly investigating the couple over a controversial photo showing their daughter Willow, 13, in bed with 20-year-old actor Moises Arias. This instragram photo has launched the alleged investigation. Many like Nancy Grace feel that the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services have much more important cases to spend their time on.

So far Will and Jada and the rest of the family have cooperated fully.

As a parent of a young child, I do find it a bit strange that a parent would let their 13 year-old hang with a 20 year-old grown man.  An honest explanation put put the topic to rest in our household.

Epic Times says:

Not long after it was posted, Jada Pinkett Smith lashed out at waiting paparazzi who asked her about the controversial photograph.
''Here’s the deal,'' Pinkett Smith said at Los Angeles Airport on May 7. ''There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it. You’re acting like covert paedophiles and that’s not cool.''

Are you like me and think that a lot of what Nancy Grace has to say is kinda goofy? Well, this time, she's got it right...there are much more important cases for the LA division of CPS to investigate.
