Sign Goof on Route 12 Detour in Marcy [IMAGE]

If you're following the detour of Route 12 through Marcy and North Utica perhaps you've been confused when one of the signs is for a 'detuor.'

The sign goof appears on the exit ramp to Edic Road just before River Road.

This is not the only sign mistake you'll find in that part of town involving Route 12. A more permanent mistake is just east at Coventry and Trenton Roads.

Perhaps it's only of interest to a roadgeek like me, but the sign below is for US Route 12 not New York State Route 12. (US 12 runs west from Detroit and is not found in NYS.)
