Snow Emergency In Utica Lifted

The snow emergency in the City of Utica has been lifted.
Mayor Palmieri would like to pass along his thanks to the public for its cooperation during the extreme weather over the past 36 hours.

Motorists should still take care traveling due to freezing conditions that could cause black ice especially on bridges and overpasses.
