Standoff Reported in Prospect Near Field Days Celebration

New York State Police are on the scene of a stand-off reportedly near the Prospect Field Days in the village.

WKTV first reported the incident on their Facebook page just after 6PM Sunday night.  A resident who lives near the incident reported the following:
