Syracuse Hosts Wingfest In Honor of The Chicken Wing

If you love chicken wings and live music, Syracuse has got the event for you - combining the two over the course of an entire day-long celebration. Did we mention beer?

Syracuse is hosting the first ever Inner Harbor Wing Fest. The event is happening at the newly revitalized and scenic Inner Harbor area near downtown Syracuse, featuring wings from some of the best restaurants in Central New York.

The Wingfest takes place on May 18 & 19, 2018. You can sample wings for $1 each, but you can also get other great food like BBQ, wood fired pizza, burgers, hotdogs, fries, and ice cream. Admission is only $5, and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital.

The event also includes live music from several bands, including Utica's own Gridley Paige, as well as beers from local breweries. Celebrity judges will be sampling wings from 10 eateries as they battle for the honor of serving the Best Wings in Syracuse.
