Taco Bell plans to discontinue selling kid's meals at some of their locations this month  and across the board by next year.  In doing so, Taco Bell is making history.  According to CNN, Taco Bell is the first national fast food chain to eliminate kid's meals from their menu.

The company's Chief Executive Officer, Greg Creed says the decision is a no-brainer and will have little impact on sales.

Kid's meals and toys simply no longer make sense for us to put resources behind.

Kid's meals at fast food chains have received criticism from some public health groups for promoting high calorie, high fat food for kids.

Will this impact your family?  Should more fast food chains do this?
