July 4, 2011 Just like the Memorial Day & Labor Day holidays, the 4th of July celebration includes food, drink and the realization of how fortunate we are as a nation.
Surveys say that more than 81 million Americans have taken part in a barbecue during the previous year. I'll bet a large number of these took place on the Fourth.
