This week we're featuring some historic photographs showing significant moments in the history of Utica and the Mohawk Valley. Today we're looking at the funeral of James Sherman.  The Utican was Vice President under William Howard Taft and the last Vice President to die in office.  His funeral was held in Utica on the 2nd of November, 1912.
