Olesia Stefanko of Ukraine came in second, and Priscila Machado of Brazil, which hosted the event, took third.  Miss USA Alyssa Campanella didn’t crack the top 10.

The 21-year-old beauty beat out Miss Tennessee Ashley Durham to take the title, the 60th in the pageant’s long-running history. Alyssa and Ashley are actually good friends.
