Which celebrities have been generous this year with their time and  money?  Taylor Swift is at the top of the list.  Swift is the most charitable celebrity of 2013.

Lady Gaga likes to share her wealth.  For the second year in a row, she takes the top spot on DoSomething.org's annual list of "Celebs Gone Good."  Gaga isn't the only celebrity being praised for their philantrhopic ways.  The site also names nineteen other celebs.
