Central NY Roadways You May Want To Avoid
September 23, 2011 As I drove in this morning I was thinking about the roundabout being built at Oneida & Genesee Streets in Utica and then, thump goes my car on the torn up roadway at the Edic Road exit off the 790. My goodness, there is plenty of road work happening in Central NY. For example, the Route 5S eastbound bridge over Pitcher Street is being worked on. Motorists will encounter a shoulder closure and shortened exit ramp at the Turner Street exit.
