I've 'liked' the Utica Police Department on Facebook and the other day I found myself skimming through some of their posts. You'll find mug shots, don't drink and drive banners and you'll see some very unusual articles found in the police blotter section of newspapers around the nation. I've gathered some for you to enjoy.
