Sometimes, you hear news that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up. Your rational mind denies it. You remind yourself that no one could possibly be that greedy. No one could possibly be that stupid. No film studio could loathe their audience that much. This is a Rumor with a capital “R,” so grab your fistful of salt, but Bloody Disgusting is reporting that the folks at Lionsgate (who recently acquired Summit Entertainment) are already discussing a reboot of the ‘Twilight‘ franchise.

I can't help but wonder if I've become obsessed with McDonald's lately. Taking my 2 year old to the Playplace and reporting on Shamrock shakes makes me wonder. Now, rumors of the McLobster have me drooling.

Is McLobster making its way to more McDonald's restaurants than just the lucky few in Eastern Canada and New England? Will it show up on the menu at New York's restaurants? Despite an Internet buzz spreading faster than you can say "pass the ketchup," a blog near San Diego is claiming that it has gotten word from the Golden Arches that the speculation is unfounded.

I've investigated rumors of the "McLobster" sandwich appearing on McD's menus nation-wide. These rumors were big on the web this week and McD's responded on their Twitter page, that they are unfounded.
