November 9, 2012 Poor weather forecasters, they always hear about it when they mess up on a forecast. Gil Simmons, a weatherman for News Channel 8 in Hartford, Connecticut paid for his miss on the snowfall totals from the recent Nor'Easter, er, Winter Storm Athena, when he was pelted with snowballs.
