Woman Who Fell Into Mall Fountain Isn’t Laughing, She’s Suing

Remember the video of the lady who's so busy trying to walk and text at the same time that she falls right into a mall fountain? The hilarious video went viral, and its pitiable star remained anonymous — until now.
Turns out she's an employee at the mall and says she'll sue. "My issue is I don't think security was professional because they didn't send anyone to check on me until 20 minutes later and I had already left," she told local reporters.
