Well according to TMZ, he's currently in a Virginia hospital visiting his grandmother after he learned she was having real chest pains this time.

Three-time castaway Russell Hantz may not be wreaking havoc on the upcoming season of ‘Survivor,’ but he won’t be completely removed from the drama — his nephew Brandon Hantz is part of the new cast.

But unlike his uncle, Brandon says he’s a team player and adds, “I think I can be cocky, but I don’t want to be known as a disrespectful or arrogant person.”
