In 2009, Scottish singer Susan Boyle became an international sensation literally overnight when she regaled the TV show ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ with a jaw-dropping rendition of ‘I Dreamed a Dream‘ from ‘Les Misérables.’

Since then, the unlikely star has struggled with her newfound fame, suffering panic attacks and giving what was deemed a disastrous performance on ‘The View’ late last year, which lead many to believe the talented singer’s career would be short-lived.
