Lately I've been hearing people say that we are worse off now than just a few years ago and first I think, what country were you living in between 2004 & 2009, and secondly I think, things are much more expensive else-where. Did you know a gallon of gas in Tokyo is $5.40? Yes, new rankings show that this Japanese city gets the dubious honor of being the world's most expensive city.
