An accident on Route 8 northbound in Washington Mills ahs traffic backed up to New Hartford.

UPDATE: 12/23/2014 3:58pm The victim of last night's fatal crash on State Route 12 in has been identified as 40-year old Mary Khiemdavanh of Utica.  The investigation is continuing and anyone with information that may be helpful to police is asked to call them.
