It seems like the majority of people these days live on social media sites, whether it's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, or any of the other ones. Well, we've got some questions for these people.
As you may have heard if you logged on to the Interwebs today, Yahoo bought Tumblr for $1.1 billion, and immediately freaked out basically everyone on Tumblr. Didn't Yahoo realize that they're dealing with a community of unemployed millennials who have nothing to do with their time but make GIFs and memes? Because that's what happened. Here's how Tumblr is reacting to becoming part of the Yahoo community.
French Tumblr Des Hommes et des Chatons (Men and Kittens) makes us wonder -- do we like kittens because they remind us of hunky dudes, or do we like hunky dudes because they remind us of kittens? Or, are they both great and this is the best Tumblr evvvaaar?! Probably that last one.
The good news: the attack on Tumblr from a hacker group may be over. The bad news: it was a really big one. Reportedly over 8,000 unique Tumblr users were affected by the massive worm, including blogs associated with media outlets such as the USA Today and Reuters.
