November 30, 2011 During a radio show called 'The Hotline' broadcast on Watertown's WATN, the host goes on a diatribe comparing Watertown to Utica. He finds many faults with our fair 'Handshake City' claiming Utica is a 'junkhole' and 'they have hookers down there.'
