Seems like Christmas was weeks ago. Seeing Christmas trees out by the curb this week signals the holidays are over and it's on to business as usual. The cold temps have settled in too, which means many of us aren't spending much time outdoors. For some, all of this can lead to winter blahs and post holiday blues.
