About a month ago, Abercrombie & Fitch pulled a shirt listing the many men who have inspired songs by Taylor Swift. Now, a pretty uncreative EDM clothing line has done the same thing -- and somehow, for some reason, they're shocked at the backlash they've received.

To be fair, that backlash includes death threats from Swift's fans. C'mon, everyone. Why you gotta be so mean?

EDM clothing line Bad Kids Clothing, consisting of Lex Houser and Andi Cross, posted the above photo to their Instagram account of a shirt they made for a pal to wear to a Swift show.

Perhaps fueled by both their success with Abercrombie and a summer vacation affording them time for pointless distractions, the overly devoted Swifties were not amused and proceeded to bombard the company with emails, comments and phone calls threatening to kill them and "take them down."

Houser told Fashionista, "They keep telling me to take it off the site, but it wasn't on the site, so I guess they wanted me to take down the picture [from Instagram]. So I took down the picture -- I don't really care -- and then they kept going. It got worse and worse."

Houser continued, "Finally I just responded to one and I was like, 'It's gone, what do you want?' And they were like, 'Oh, you think just because it’s gone that this is over? Just wait until you see what happens to you.'"

Here's a sample email that Houser received. We've bleeped out the no-no words, but everything else remained in tact, including the poor grammar, caps, accidental antifeminism and clear confusion between "customers" and "costumers."

YOU GUYS ARE SUCH B----ES FOR PUTTING UP THAT SHIRT!!! US SWIFTIES F---ING HATE YOU!!! YOU CALL HER A SLUT?! HA! YOUR CLOTHES ARE THE MOST SLUTTY THINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN!! WE HAVE TAKEN DOWN AND ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH SHIRT AND WE CAN F---ING DO IT AGAIN TO YOU GUYS!!! DO YOU HBE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH YOU'RE GOING TO GET? WE ALL F---ING HATE YOU! YOU'RE GOING TO LOOSE SO MANY COSTUMERS CAUSE OF THIS! DATING 7 GUYS DOESN'T MAKE YOU A SLUT! A SLUT IS SOMEONE WHO WEARS SKANKY CLOTHES AND HAS SEX WITH A HUNDRED GUYS!! TAKE DOWN THE F---ING SHIRT NOW UNLESS YOU WANT MORE HATE!"

Interestingly, Swift's own definition of a slut is apparently anyone who sleeps with one of her exes, but who's keeping score here?

Of course, Houser and Cross are now profiting from the attention, charging $19.99 for the shirt -- and delivering some drivel about how they used to be cyberbullied, ignoring their own blatant hypocrisy of essentially bullying Swift all the way to the bank.

"Andi and I both had a history of being cyber bullied growing up, and these kids are thinking if they just tell us that they're going to kill us and that 30 million people are going to attack us, that we would just do what they said," Houser griped. "That rubbed us the wrong way."

She added, "That's what all these girls are saying -- 'We took Abercrombie down in three hours, obviously we're going to take you down because we've never even heard of you!'"

"And I'm just thinking to myself, that's why you’re not going to take us down, because we don't have to. Abercrombie has to because you’re their demographic, but you're not ours and we're not this ginormous company so we don't have to follow any protocol so we're leaving it up."

Houser continued, "It does scare me to think that if this is going on with us, that this is going on with real kids in real schools." Cross quipped, "In all my days of being bullied, I have never experienced anything of this magnitude."

"This magnitude" includes Holocaust comparisons, threats to burn down an online store and more. Maybe Cross never dealt with that previously because she probably didn't publicly mock someone who had 30 million Twitter followers all on summer break.

Is it us or is Swift the only person who comes out of this looking decent?
