Taylor Swift has always been known for her squeaky clean image and kind demeanor, so it quite surprising to hear her name associated with any sort of scandal or controversy. That’s why our jaws nearly dropped when we heard that the country songstress was getting ready to sue a website for leaking fake naked photos of Swift.

TMZ is reporting that Taylor Swift is threatening to sue a website called Celebrity Jihad after the site published nude photos claiming they were of Ms. Swift. The photo that incited the battle is of a topless woman who slightly resembles Swift, and underneath the picture Celebrity Jihad used the headline “Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?”

Now, Swift may be nice, but she’s certainly not afraid to get a little ‘Mean’ when it comes to private matters such as this. TMZ said that Taylor’s lawyers have already sent a letter to the website ordering them to remove the picture — if they fail to comply, Swift is ready to sue for trademark infringement. The letter actually stated the website published “false pornographic images and false ‘news’ about the singer.”

TMZ spoke to Celebrity Jihad, and a rep for the site said they are weighing their options. It doesn’t seem like there are many options, unless they want to get their pants sued off! We think it’s just plain wrong to take advantage of a young girl like Swift who strives to be a role model for young fans.
