There are always tons of videos of the New York State Fair's butter sculpture being created, but have you seen it get taken down?

What a great year it has been for the New York State Fair! With all the changes that have come to the fairgrounds - a $50 million renovation, the demolition of the Grandstand, new rides coming to the midway, and SO much more - It's no wonder why people were so excited to come out and see the "new" New York State Fair.

One thing that hasn't changed though, is the butter sculpture. Sure, the design of it changes every year, but it's something you can always count on seeing. This year's butter sculpture theme was from the Olympics, named "Milk Life Celebrates the Success of Team USA and the Athletes of New York State."

It's quite amazing to see the butter sculpture in person - All 800 pounds of it! And it's one thing to see it getting put together, but it's another thing to watch them take it down. You can see that in the video at the top of this page.

What do you like better - Watching them build the sculpture or take it down? You can let us know in the 'comments section' at the bottom of this page.
