Don’t Miss The 11th Annual Fire Truck Show This Thursday July 17th At The NH Shopping Center

One of my favorite summer traditions here in Central New York is the Annual Fire Truck Spectacular Show held at the New Hartford Shopping Center. Put on by the New Hartford Volunteer Fire Department, this year's Fire Truck Show is Thursday July 17th from 6-9pm. 

The upper lot of the Shopping Center will be filled with old and new fire trucks from area fire companies and there’s plenty of hands-on fun for the kids.  They can talk to the firemen, see the big ladders go up, sit in the firetruck, touch firefighting equipment and if you bring your camera, snap a photo of them next to their favorite firetruck.

It's fun for kids of all ages, and yes Moms and Dads, that includes you too. Plus, it's free. What can be better than that for summer fun?

Stick around too for the Life Net Medical helicopter. Very cool to watch that take off from the Shopping Center.

Rain or shine, the fire truck show will go on. Can't wait to go again this year.
