The Baby Countdown Is Underway For Fergie And Josh Duhamel

The baby countdown is underway for singer Fergie and her actor husband Josh Duhamel.  They're expecting their first child, which Duhamel revealed on TV last month will be a boy.  So how are the first time parents to-be doing?

Great and with lots of anticipation in their home is the word from Fergie's hubby Josh Duhamel.  While promoting his new flick  Scenic Route, Duhamel told reporters it's all exciting and he can't wait to meet "this little dude."  He's also really proud of how well Fergie has handled her first pregnancy.

I'm mostly impressed with how gracefully.. I mean she's just been awesome throughout this whole thing.  She's taken really good care of herself, she's happy, she's in great spirits, she looks beautiful and I'm just really proud of her more than anything.

Over the weekend, Fergie enjoyed her third baby shower and referred to herself as "earth mommy."   Duhamel is taking a break from work to be home with Fergie as they await the arrival of their baby boy.  No word yet on what they'll name the baby but it's a safe bet they'll be using the last name Duhamel.  But are they ready to share diaper duty?  We'll see.
