The Goo Goo Dolls Are Coming To Utica

It's no secret that I am a big fan of the Goo Goo Dolls. Anyone who knows me knows that I went to high school with their bassist, Robby Takac. We grew up in West Seneca, NY, a suburb of Buffalo. I hope he'll call in or visit when they come to town. What's that you ask? Are we giving away tickets? You bet. Wednesday & Thursday with Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.

The Goo Goo Dolls will tour through Fall. After wrapping a three-month summer tour in support of their current album, Something For The Rest Of Us, the Goo Goo Dolls will continue touring through November. The tour will make a stop here in Utica on October 21st at The Stanley Performing Arts Center.

The group has just recorded a new song called, "The Best Of Me," which will be heard on an upcoming episode of CBS's Hawaii Five-O as well as on a soon-to-be released soundtrack album. Hope to see you at the show.
