5) Flagstaff Arizona with an average yearly snowfall: 81.1 inches.
4) Duluth, Minnesota with an average yearly snowfall of 82.6 inches.
3) Buffalo, New York with an average yearly snowfall of 85.7 inches.
2) Rochester, New York with an average yearly snowfall of 88.3 inches.
1) Syracuse, New York with an average yearly snowfall of 103.1 inches.
So the closer to Syracuse you are, the better the chance of a white Christmas.
