The New Rome, New York Commercial Spotlight’s Diversity

The City of Rome recently released a new video that highlight's the metro area's: History, jobs, shopping, recreation, housing, and friendly people.

The Rome Capitol Theater, Savoy Restaurant, Andro Computational, and Fort Stanwix, are just a few of the sites featured in the latest video of Central New York's "Copper City."

Back in 2013, Rome was ranked one of of New York's "Top 50 Safest City's."

According to Safewise.com:

We’ve paired data from the FBI’s Crime in the U.S. Report with our own thorough investigation and created a comprehensive list of the top 50 safest cities in New York, with 15,000 residents or more as of 2011.

Rome, ranked 27th on the list, and the article highlighted the city's Mohawk Valley Small Business Development Center, environmental excellence, and the creation of new jobs in the area.
