The latest internet challenge is the Water Challenge. And it's not as bad as you're probably thinking.

The Water Challenge isn't one of those dumb internet challenges like the cinnamon challenge or phone-pinching. It's actually a healthy trend - A way to improve your water intake for the day.

One of Naomi Lynn's resolutions for this year, was to drink more water (she may be a little late on the whole 'resolutions' thing, but better late than never, right?). To help her do that, she found this 'Water Challenge,' and decided to test it out.

It's suggested that the average person should drink about 64-ounces of water a day, which is half of the amount in the Water Challenge. If someone who hates drinking water (stated: "It tastes so boring.") can complete the Water Challenge, and drink twice as much as the minimum, then you can too. Even if you don't take the Water Challenge, at least get your 64-ounces in each day. You'll be healthier, and you'll feel better.
