The Weeknd has dropped a trailer for his upcoming short film Mania.

The singer says that it's coming soon, most likely in conjunction with his upcoming album Starboy, which drops this Friday. The title track from the album is currently the number three song in the country, and the release is shaping to a full-scale event.

The film, directed by Grant Singer, features the panther from "Starboy" and looks to be pretty suspenseful and poetic, much like the previously released visuals the singer has released leading up the project. Singer has directed both videos The Weeknd has dropped from the upcoming album, including the aforementioned "Starboy" and the bloody but creative "False Alarm."

Additionally, The Weeknd has already announced tour dates ahead of his release, with the Starboy Legend of the Fall tour kicking off next year in February, debuting in Stockholm before heading to the states in April. He’ll hit up cities including Atlanta, Newark, Brooklyn, Phoenix, Dallas, Tampa, New Orleans and Chicago among a slew of others.

In the meantime, you can check the 18-second clip for the short film Mania above.
