Think Your Package Is Safe On Your Utica NY Porch? Watch This [VIDEO]

It happen in a quiet middle class neighborhood of Utica, New York. On Wednesday April 23, 2014 at around 1:17 P.M., allegedly, a thief brazenly walked right up to the doorstep of this Utica NY home stole a package. It contained a replacement phone for the occupant and it was delivered just three minutes prior by the USPS.

If you can anyone identify this alleged thief, or if something similar has happened to you, contact your local Utica NY Police Department. It may help in the investigation where a suspect has now been identified. Cue in to the 3 minute mark to get to the alleged theft.

Unbelievable.
