A police officer in Indianapolis has been suspended after getting caught on camera pushing over a man in a wheelchair. The man is a quadriplegic who police were questioning. The police officer has been suspended for thirty days, stripped of rank and put on probation for a year.

As a police officer, you are sworn to serve and protect. Even if someone runs over your foot with their wheelchair, deliberately or accidentally, there's a better way to handle the situation that pushing them over, especially when they're in a wheelchair.
