Haunted Lawnmower in Central New York

There's a lot of talk about haunted houses, and haunted hotels, and haunted rooms, and haunted roads, especially this time of the year. Halloween does that. All over Central New York. Add our house to the list.

We have a haunted lawnmower.

Check out the picture above. This is how we found it one recent morning. Notice how far it is from its normal parking spot, just to the left of the shed in the back yard. It was a good 15 yards out of place.

We would have heard it start up in the middle of the night. But there was no such noise. So, there's only one conceivable conclusion: haunted Craftsman.

Okay, maybe there were some teenaged vandals, cruising random neighborhoods, selecting certain riding lawnmowers and pushing them out into the middle of the yard.
