This Should Be the End of I-790 Paving Operations

The NYS Department of Transportation reports that I-790 paving operations will continue, and hopefully wrap up this weekend, weather permitting. The majority of the work is between between Edic Road and Leland Ave. Two-lane traffic eastbound and/or westbound will be reduced to one-lane traffic during daytime hours. You'll have to slow down to a reduced speed limit to 45 mph in the work zone. Expect minor delays.

Also next week in Rome, Route 365 westbound from the Route 233 intersection to Lawrence Street you'll see shoulder closures due to sign installations. Workers on the shoulder will be paving and intermittent lane closures can be expected due to striping.

Next week on Route 69 (Oriskany Street) between Jason Street and Whitesboro Street slow down for lane shifts and lane closures 24/7 Monday thru Thursday and a daytime lane closures on Friday. These closures are due to sanitary and storm sewer system work. Minor delays can be expected.
