When you saw the movie 'Super Size' did you think that you could actually lose weight eating only McDonald's food? I did, and so did Colorado, Iowa science teacher Joe Cisna who lost 37 pounds in 90 days on a McDonald’s only diet. How did he do it?

He ate egg white delights and oatmeal for breakfast, a salad at lunch and a value meal for dinner. The fact that he is a biology teacher impresses me along with the fact that he lost all that weight on a McDonald's only diet...oh yeah, Big Macs included.

Can fast food be healthy? Joe Cisna says yes and so do I because, it's not what you eat but how much that matters. Why not give it a fry...uhh, I mean, a try?
