Too Much Snow for Scooter the Dog [VIDEO]

Winter Storm Nemo dumped up to 30 inches of snow on the Northeast.  I have to think that's where Scooter's family was when he want out for his usually backyard exercise and daily constitutional and found the snow was much to much for his short puppy legs.
